Owner-operated roofing, based in Redwood Park
A1 Roofing & Property Maintenance is Sam Arace, a roofer running his own local business, and the person you'll deal with from the first call to the finished job.
A roofer running his own business
A1 Roofing & Property Maintenance is owned and operated by Sam Arace, based in Redwood Park and working across Adelaide and its surrounds: roofs, gutters, leaks and the property maintenance around them.
Sam runs the business the way a trade should be run: turn up, quote it straight, do the work properly and stand behind it. When you call, you speak with Sam, not a receptionist or a sales team.

The standard Sam works to
One person, start to finish
Sam quotes the job and Sam does the job. Your roof isn't handed to a subcontractor you've never met once the paperwork is signed.
Straight advice
If a roof needs replacing, Sam will say so. If a repair will do, he'll say that too, even when it means a smaller job.
Done properly
New flashings and fixings rather than old ones refitted. The work is done the way it should be, or it isn't worth doing.
Local and invested
Based in Redwood Park and working across Adelaide, A1 Roofing is a local business building a local reputation, one roof at a time.
A roof is a system
Most leaks aren't where the stain is. When Sam inspects a roof he checks the whole water path (the ridge, the flashings that seal the joins, the valleys, and the gutters and downpipes that carry it all away), so the actual cause is fixed, not just the symptom.
