This site provides general information about our roofing and property maintenance services and a way to request a quote. The information here is provided in good faith and for general guidance — it isn't professional advice for your particular roof, and it shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for an on-site assessment.

Quotes and enquiries

Submitting the quote form or contacting us does not create a contract. It's a request for us to get in touch. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information and photos you give us; the final scope and price for a job are confirmed with you directly before any work begins, and are subject to an on-site inspection. We may decline or be unable to take on a job — for example if it falls outside the areas or services we cover.

The work we carry out

Any roofing or maintenance work we do for you is governed by the separate arrangement we agree with you for that job — including scope, price and timing — not by these website terms. Nothing on this website is a guarantee, warranty or fixed offer of work.

Your use of the site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. Please only submit information and photos that are yours to share, and keep the details you give us accurate so we can respond properly.
